About Bottom Line Management

Founder Stefan Alexander started Bottom Line Management in 2016 as a qualified accountant that loved business. During his time in traditional accountancy, Stefan saw over 1,000 local businesses from all different industries and with all different challenges and results. However he also saw that these companies all needed personalised financial guidance, advice and reports, yet there was no solution out there for them, except to employ an accountant full time – and this isn’t something local companies can often afford.

So with that in mind, Bottom Line Management was formed. The company was formed with a passion to helping companies from £120,000 a year in sales right through to £20 million a year, with a view to offering flexible financial management and financial consultancy to these businesses, to suit their needs.
In 2017 Stefan hired lifelong friend Harry to join the team and Harry is a pivotal part of the business still today. Harry was the first recruitment on the journey to forming a team that were passionate about protecting client monies and growing client profits. From the recruitment of Harry the business has gone from strength to strength, expanding the team and rapidly growing.
Within a year, the success of the business began to take off so much that Stefan began to buy and turn around failing companies of his own, which he has now done 5 times (and counting). This new side of the business meant that Bottom Line Management was a client of itself – which only meant that our services became even more suited for business owners – because we are one!
So we understand the stresses of running a business – we’ve done it many times. So that’s why we are more passionate than ever that our products help business owners get to the next level. All large, successful companies rely on their accounts department to thrive – SMEs should do too if they want to make good money!
As the company develops the business offers more and more training. Our aim is to become a local leader in training businesses on how to manage their finances better and how to be more profitable – watch this space!
